We have exclusively partnered with a Private Equity owned Healthcare business who are
looking to further expand their Corporate Development team. You will be working a number
of exciting transactions helping the business to drive their inorganic growth strategy. There
will be a strong deal-flow and you will be responsible for a large number of investment
processes and decisions in the outpatient and inpatient sector with direct contact to
management and the private equity shareholders.
Your area of responsibility:
•Supporting the buy & build strategy, alongside senior management.
•End-to-end responsibility of transaction processes – from the evaluation of potential targets
and setup of business cases to LOI preparation, due diligence coordination and SPA
negotiations, incl. coordination of junior colleagues
•Coordination and involvement in Post-Merger-Integration
•Independent implementation of projects in the field of corporate development and
•Identification and analysis of business models
•You have 3-5 years M&A experience gained from management consulting, audit, banking
and/or in-house strategy/corporate development
•You have excellent project management and problem-solving skills
•Strong negotiations skills
•You have a degree in business administration (or other relevant course of study)
•You have proven communication skills in German (mother-tongue) and English
