A unique opportunity to join a new ESG venture for a large well known global business within the life sciences industry. Looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join the business to help grow and expand the rapidly flourishing listed business and join an extremely driven and strategic senior leadership team.

The role will allow the successful candidate can be an integral forming member of this team within the new business with the opportunity to create impact by working on exciting inorganic growth activities and working closely with senior stakeholders.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record and exposure to deal processes from beginning to end. Ideally focusing on ESG and sustainability but could be manufacturing or Industrials led businesses. A scientific mindset and background would be prioritized however we are very interested and open to speaking to relevant sector experience from In-house, Investment banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction services between 5-9 years of experience.
