Job Description

We are currently working with one of the largest healthcare companies, who are looking to add to their team, by bringing in a Corporate Development Associate. 

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting to identify, analyse and manage transactions globally across the company, including building extensive financial valuations, managing due diligence processes and efficiently transitioning closed transactions to the Integration Project Management Office.

Within this role, the individual will have the opportunity to work within a number of different product sectors and focuses across Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine,  Advanced Wound Care and ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat).Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Development, the role also offers excellent visibility to Senior leadership across the company.The right individual for this role will have advanced skills in financial and data analysis, strong written and communication skills, and preferably experience or understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
