Job Description

Are you based in Spain, France or Germany? Do you have experience working within the pharmaceutical/ healthcare space? An excellent, fast growing, PE backed Pharmaceutical company is  looking to strengthen their team, with a strong M&A Manager. 

This role will report into the Global Head of M&A and will sit alongside another M&A Project Manager. As part of this role, you will be tasked with helping the business grow both organic and in-organically across the globe, taking responsibility for preparing presentations and financial models and having an input into the full deal cycle. There will also be some opportunity to lead some of the smaller sized deals that the business is looking into.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with 4-7 years of Pharmaceuticals experience, either in an  Investment Banking or in-house capacity, with some US market exposure. All business in carried out in English so it is essential that this individual is fluent in English with any other languages strongly welcomed. 

Candidate must have RTW in the EU.
