We are working with a PE-backed cloud platform bringing together a portfolio of high-performing digital infrastructure and managed services businesses across Europe and North America. Built on a decentralised model, the group empowers local teams while driving value through shared expertise, commercial excellence, and scalable growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive commercial strategy across a portfolio of companies
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across markets and service lines
• Support local leadership teams in improving sales performance and go-to-market execution
• Drive cross-sell, upsell, and collaboration across portfolio companies
• Introduce best practices in pricing, packaging, and commercial governance
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with growth targets
• Partner with PE stakeholders on value creation initiatives and strategic planning
• Enable scalability while preserving entrepreneurial agility within portfolio companies

Ideal candidate

• Strong commercial leadership experience in hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure
• Proven ability to drive growth across multiple business units or geographies
• Experience operating in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Skilled in stakeholder management across founders, executives, and investors
• Data-driven mindset with strong financial and commercial acumen
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
