-Phipps Cameron partnered with a well established PE-Firm in Germany to find a Chief Financial Officer for an industrials business in West Germany. 

-required skills for this job: 

-proven track record in a pe-backed setting as a CFO

-working closely with the CEO to lead the company in multiple aspects such as finance, strategy, HR, M&A and IT

-focus on PMI due to a strong buy-and-build strategy

-exit within the next 3 years
