Job Description

I am currently mandated on an In-house M&A / Corporate Development Director search for a leading PE Backed Wealth Management firm in England. Due to the nature of the role with client travel they are open on your home location.

• Sector - Financial Services - Wealth Management
• Location - Open to remote with travel

Requirements - MUST HAVE

• Detailed knowledge of the individual process steps of the M&A process.
• Preference for 3+ years experience working within an in-house M&A / Corporate Development role.
• Otherwise 7+ years of relevant experience working in an Corporate Finance / M&A / Deal Advisory.
• Have worked on Financial Services / FIG deals - ideally strong knowledge of the Wealth Management sector within the UK.
• ACA, CFA or relevant qualification.
