Role Summary:
The M&A Deal Lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions across the UK market. This is a hands-on role suited to a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building value through M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, from origination through to integration.
  • Source and assess acquisition targets aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors, brokers, and target businesses.
  • Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and integration.
  • Support post-deal performance tracking and optimisation.

Candidate Profile:

  • ACA qualified, with strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in a PE-backed environment, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of leading M&A transactions independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
