M&A Project manager

A high-growth, international technology business is hiring an M&A Project Manager to sit at the centre of its global deal activity.
This role acts as the lead for acquisitions, disposals and integrations - bringing structure, visibility and accountability to complex, cross-functional programmes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure transactions are executed in a disciplined and commercially focused way.
This is a high-visibility position with direct exposure to executive leadership and genuine influence over how deals are delivered.
The Role

Own and continuously develop the company’s M&A delivery framework

Coordinate pre-deal and post-deal activity across multiple functions and geographies

Drive governance, reporting and risk escalation to senior stakeholders

Lead integrations and carve-outs, ensuring milestones are tracked and issues surfaced early

Capture lessons learned and refine playbooks, tools and processes

Step into hands-on delivery leadership on live transactions when required
The Profile

Proven experience delivering complex, cross-border initiatives within a global, matrixed organisation

Strong understanding of the full M&A lifecycle, from diligence through integration

Structured, analytical and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments

Confident engaging senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations
