Job Description

Phipps Cameron is currently partnered with a Industrial PE backed business who is looking for their CFO to join their business in Switzerland. It is a great opportunity to work closely with the PE fund and the management team and have a chance to help grow the business and Finance function of the business as well as build the business through buy-and-build strategies.

You ideally have  :

  • 10+ years of experience CFO/Finance Director Head of Finance or Finance/Controlling experience in a PE backed business/medium size business (Mittelstand) – preferably Industrial sector
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Big 4 or equally well-known advisory and/or investment banking company.
  • Studied from a top university/education facility
  • Fluent German speaking/writing skills. English would be a plus.
