Director, Growth & Integrations - Remote (East/Central)

I’m working with a high-growth PE-Backed healthcare services group that is looking to appoint a Director of Growth & Integrations. This strategic role reports directly into the Chief Growth Officer and will play a critical part in delivering site acquisition integrations, new site launches, and broader growth initiatives. It’s an opportunity to shape integration standards, partner with senior leadership, and drive value creation during a key expansion phase.

The role

• Lead and deliver end-to-end integration projects across acquisitions, new site launches, and other growth initiatives.

• Develop and implement integration playbooks, project tracking tools, and KPIs to ensure consistent delivery.

• Act as the primary point of accountability with workstream leads and vendors, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

• Provide direction and support to integration teams, identifying solutions to complex challenges.

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and shared services to align processes and resolve issues.

• Regularly communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership, escalating risks where appropriate.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure integrations deliver sustainable results.

• Support the wider growth agenda by shaping best practice in project and change management.

The profile we’re looking for

• Proven project management experience in healthcare services, clinical research, or a related sector.

• Track record of leading complex integration initiatives, ideally including M&A or multi-site expansions.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

• Excellent problem-solving and risk management capabilities, with a structured approach to delivery.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and Office365.

• Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
