Head of Finance

Location: Zug, Switzerland

I am currently partnered with a Private Equity backed European healthcare business entering their next phase. As they look to support their fast growing business, they are looking for a Head of Finance to join their team.

You will be a key finance leader, driving accurate reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights across multiple Swiss entities. You’ll manage a small in-house team and collaborate closely with operations, group finance, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting in line with local standards and group policies.
• Develop business forecasts and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow optimization.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in finance leadership, controlling, or FP&A, ideally in fast-paced or PE-backed environments.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Experience managing teams and external finance relationships.
• Strong German and English Language skills.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus.
