We are working with a fast-growing, PE-backed cloud and managed services provider with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem. The business has evolved from traditional IT infrastructure into a modern, cloud-first partner for mid-sized organisations, helping them navigate digital transformation across workplace, security, and infrastructure. Now part of a broader European platform, the company is entering its next phase of scalable growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of both revenue and profitability, offering far more than a traditional sales remit. You will play a central role in shaping and professionalising the commercial function, building a scalable growth engine from the ground up within a business that already has strong market credibility. With backing from an ambitious private equity platform, the position combines strategic influence with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to drive measurable results while embedding modern, data- and AI-led go-to-market practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue performance (pipeline, conversion, forecasting, ARR growth)
  • Lead, coach, and structure a regional sales organisation
  • Build repeatable go-to-market motions (inbound, outbound, partners, expansion)
  • Define and enforce pricing, packaging, and deal governance
  • Drive retention and expansion through a structured renewal model
  • Improve margin performance and cost-to-serve transparency
  • Implement KPI-driven operating cadence and forecasting discipline
  • Align commercial growth with delivery capacity and scalability

Ideal candidate

  • Proven ownership of growth and profitability in B2B tech (cloud/MSP/IT services preferred)
  • Strong sales leadership experience with a focus on execution and accountability
  • Commercially sharp with pricing, packaging, and negotiation discipline
  • Experienced in PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation environments
  • Structured, hands-on leader with a data-driven mindset
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud solutions
