Head of Finance Benelux (m/f/d)

Location: Rotterdam
Salary: 100.000 - 110.000 € p.a.

Following a recent integration into a larger international group, the Dutch platform is now going through a phase of professionalisation and growth.

The role is initially very hands-on and strongly focused on accounting and financial reporting, before becoming more strategic with a focus on process improvement, automation, integration and future growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly reporting and annual accounts
• Accounting, AP/AR, cash & working capital
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Annual audit coordination
• Consolidation and group reporting
• Internal controls and process improvements
• Supporting group integration
• Financial sparring with senior management

Must-have:

• 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Strong financial reporting and annual accounts background
• Hands-on accounting and consolidation experience
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Multi-entity and Insurance / MGA experience
