Finance Director – Singapore 

Insurance Brokerage / MGA, PE-backed

Overview

Company: Insurance brokerage / MGA expanding into Singapore - Private equity-backed, with an ambitious growth strategy combining organic expansion and acquisitions

Location: Singapore (Hong Kong also possible)

Start date: to be confirmed, ideally shortly

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the regional finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management, in line with group and investor requirements
• Act as a strategic business partner to the regional leadership and UK group, supporting growth initiatives, business cases and M&A activity
• Ensure robust financial controls, regulatory compliance (e.g. MAS requirements) and insurance-specific processes such as premium accounting and client money handling

Must-haves

• Experience in insurance broking, insurance or MGA environments
• 10+ years of experience in relevant finance roles
• Ideally experience in PE-backed environments
