Job Description

We are partnered with a PE-backed industrials business which requires an Interim CFO familiar with distressed situations to implement a reorganisation and deliver EBITDA improvement.

You will have the opportunity to make your mark on one of the funds flagship investments by:

• Professionalising the Finance function.
• Delivering improvements in reporting and results.
• Managing the growth of the business.
• Putting the firm in the best position to exit in the coming years.

Requirements:

• A seasoned Interim CFO with experience in distressed or special situations.
• Experience of reporting to external investors.
• Skilled in implementing new processes, systems, KPI’s etc.
• A background of heading up a lean, agile Finance team.
• A proven ability to business partner with the CEO, Board and Investors.
• Ideally have had involvement in preparation towards a successful exit process.
