Transformation Manager (PMO)

Location: TBC (preference for Manchester / London or near another location such as Poland)

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager who will support the coordination of our transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and communicating progress updates to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

This role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer of the group.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for and lead the bi-weekly PMO meetings which bring together senior stakeholders to highlight updates across a range of strategic growth, operational efficiency, and functional improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with initiative owners to understand critical issues and escalate topics that require further discussion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute critical business initiatives
  • Prepare for and communicate progress of our key initiatives in standing forums with the internal leadership team and external stakeholders
  • Support the other business units to build a project management skill-set and culture across the organization

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven project management skill-set, ability to effectively gather relevant information and summarize into action plans and critical insights
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a PMO / transformation role, ideally within a high-paced environment such as consulting or private equity / PE portfolio company
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
