Job Description

I am currently partnered with a PE-Backed wealth and asset management business bringing high quality execution and administration to the sector through leverage of the Group’s resources and technology. They are an active acquirer of Discretionary Fund Managers and Independent financial advisers in the UK.

The team are recruiting for a role within their M&A function and the role would report directly into the M&A Director.

Education and requirements

• Preferably ACCA/ACA/CFA/CA.
• ~4+ years post qualified preferably a manager at a big 4 transactional services team.
• Ex Big 4 Consultancy/Boutique IB/ Corporate development function.
• Preferably experience within Financial Services/FIG.
