A recently private equity-acquired industrials business headquartered in NRW is looking for an experienced and hands-on CFO to professionalise and scale its finance function. This is a key leadership role with a focus on building financial structures, enhancing reporting, and driving performance in a blue-collar B2B environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing finance team
• Establish robust financial reporting and control structures
• Drive operational and commercial financial insights to support growth
• Work closely with PE investors on value creation initiatives
