A private equity-backed CDMO & CRO with operations in Germany is seeking an Interim CFO to bridge a leadership vacancy. This role requires a hands-on finance leader to stabilise operations, ensure strong financial controls, and support investor reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and ensure business continuity
• Strengthen reporting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Provide strategic insights to PE investors and management
• Support the transition to a permanent CFO

Ideal candidates have experience in PE-backed healthcare, life sciences, or industrial services.
