Job Description
We are partnered with a rapidly growing, PE-backed, buy-and-build Tech business who are looking for a CFO to join them on the next stage of their journey.
You will have the opportunity to make your mark on one of the funds flagship investments by:
- Professionalising the Finance function,
- Looking after the integration of acquisitions,
- Managing the growth of the business (organic and inorganic),
- Putting the firm in the best position to exit in the coming years.
Requirements:
- A seasoned CFO with experience of scaling PE-backed, tech-enabled businesses.
- Experience of working in a leveraged Business and reporting to external investors.
- Experience of supporting and integrating International M&A processes.
- Skilled in implementing new processes, systems, KPI’s etc.
- Experience of working in an international business, working across multiple time zones with ideally some significant exposure to US markets.
- A background of heading up a lean, agile Finance team.
- A proven ability to business partner with the CEO, Board and Investors.
- Ideally have had involvement in preparation towards a successful exit process
